UL certification confirms to the manufacturer that the production complies with the high safety regulations and applicable standards of the American and Canadian markets. This certificate is a true quality mark.
SCHUKO has had itself certified according to the UL 508A*) standard for the production of industrial control cabinets. As a subsidiary, LS Automation GmbH & Co. KG is allowed to equip these controls and switch cabinets with the UL certificate and mark them with an inspection sticker (UL label*). During import control to North America, the systems can be accepted more quickly and easily by the local acceptance authorities.
Additional advantage - we are also allowed to develop and produce control cabinets according to UL 508A for customers.
*) Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is one of the most important independent institutions worldwide for the testing and certification of materials, components and end products in the field of product safety with a focus on the possible occurrence of fire. UL has developed more than 1,300 safety standards for this purpose. No other Mark has a comparable status.

As part of their regulars' table, the family entrepreneurs visited us in Bad Laer. Managing Director Mr. Ulrich Lemme presented our "Transparent Manufacture" as a specialist for control and automation technology, telecontrol technology and energy management.
Afterwards, they visited SCHUKO in the business park, where Managing Director Mr. Andre Schulte-Südhoff led us through the production halls where pre-assembled Validus filter systems were manufactured for major customers in southern Germany.
Markus Schölzel, project manager of airney GmbH & Co. KG, also informed about the new development of their mobile air quality monitor. The Pierre Track is the world's first portable device that detects the quality of the ambient air in a special measurement value combination in real time. The culinary finale was a delicious barbecue with pulled pork straight from the wood-fired smoker by local restaurateur Plengemeyer.
Since the Hanover Fair in April 2015 we are officially the fifth German Lean Solution partner of Eaton Electric GmbH. Two years have passed since then. Mr. Kram, Managing Director of Eaton Electric, and Mr. Lemme, Managing Director of LS Automation, look back on a successful and partnership-based cooperation. As part of the Lean Solution partnership with EATON, we are expanding our portfolio by the area of drive technology. LS-Automation also offers products and services in the field of frequency inverters up to a power of 160 kW. This allows us to cover project planning, commissioning and service from a single source. The focus is in the field of plant engineering, where high-quality frequency converters are required both for switching cabinet installation and for direct mounting in the unit.
The "Warendorfer Straße" runs along the former office building. But our restored building is on the side street. To be found more easily, we have applied a change of our street name. From now on we are at home in the Südstraße 10 and look forward to visit you!
A few weeks ago we moved into our new location with bag and baggage. Boxes were unpacked, workstations were set up, shelves and cupboards were filled in. It was a lot to do! Especially it should look chick for our opening ceremony. We finished on time. It looks really nice!

Until then the last brushstrokes are on the walls and all the furnishings are placed where they belong. Also in the large and bright workshop more and more machines, workbenches, tools, shelves, screws, cables and everything else will be placed. The newly renovated traditional building in the Warendorfer Str. 7 slowly but surely takes shape.
Six months ago, the reconstruction works at the Warendorfer Str. 7 in Bad Laer (Germany) started.
From the old factory building of a traditional car manufacturer was created something very special: the first "Transparent Swichgear Manufaktur". Transparency and close proximity to our surroundings right in the center of the health resort Bad Laer is important to us. Whether friends, neighbors, patients, or interested people, we invite you to get to know our work through the large windows. From the 1st February 2016 we officially begin the production and we are already looking forward to the great atmosphere.

At the fair IFA in Berlin (04. - 09.09.2015) the Pierre Track Home will be present for the first time in Europe.
The development and sales partnership with the publicly listed company and semiconductor manufacturers CoAsia Microelectronic Corp., allows LS Automation the collaboration with one of the most professional and most experienced companies, which deliver among other companies such as Samsung, LTG, HTC and Iphone manufacturer Foxconn.
A Membership of the Microsoft Partner Network enables LS Automation to extend its expertise in the IT business. Due to the large network of all Microsoft partners, the young company can establish new contacts and expand their own network. Customers not only benefit from a wealth of experience, they receive competent advice from a technology expert, who gets access to the latest software.
The development and production of PC, PC-Plus solutions and servers are key tasks of the global company Lenovo. Fast, light and powerful - demands also of LS Automation placed on computer technologies. As a manufacturer of switchgear and control system the LS Automation GmbH & Co. KG is now a member of the "Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V." The VDMA is one of the largest associations for the capital goods industry. As a service it represents the interests of many medium-sized companies and offers them a large branch network in Europe.
Eaton signed cooperation agreement with the fifth German Lean Solution Partner at the Hannover Messe 2015. As a new "Authorized Lean Solution Partner" LS Automation receives access to brand new technology, such as Prototypes. German State Secretary Daniela Behrens accompanied the signing of the contract.
The company L&S Automation is an exhibitor at the Hannover Fair. As an exhibitor, we present automation systems together with the company Schuko. In terms of "Industry 4.0", we are presenting the latest generation of automation.

The company L&S Automation is relocating. The former factory buildings of Heinrich Well Meyer in Bad Laer will remain as a "glass factory" until the end of the year. After this, quality switchgear and automation systems (programmed and tested) will be produced on 400 m² space.
